Integrity

Integrity is what you do when no one is watching; it's doing the right thing all the time, even when it may work to your disadvantage.

This is and will always be my primary core value

My clients expect it. My clients deserve it.

At all Times.  


Experience

Integrity is not only doing the right thing all of the time but doing it repeatedly for years or in my case, decades.

Throughout my years of experience, there have been many, many times where a change to a client's portfolio or strategy was not recommended or a client was advised to retain the portfolio or strategy they already owned. 

Without a high level of experience, the level of integrity can be questioned.


Objectivity

As an advisor who is a fiduciary 100% of the time, I must, by definition, be objective at all times. Salespeople are not objective. Their goal is to make a sale.

My goal and our commitment is to provide objective and unbiased advice to my clients using the fiduciary standard.

I do not sell products. I provide advice in writing with my signature.                                      


Knowledge

Knowing what questions to ask and obtaining the correct information to formulate written analyses and recommendations is of critical importance.

This knowledge has been gained by decades of experience and I apply what I know objectively to uphold my integrity to my clients.

There are lots of salespeople selling investments with little experience and little knowledge.

I am not salesperson.

I am an are advisor, who acts as a fiduciary with the knowledge and experience you deserve.


Communication

There are very few things more frustrating than not getting a timely response from a person or firm who is managing or directing your hard earned money.

Immediate responses to my clients and potential client inquiries is one of my core values.

It astonishes me, almost daily, to hear clients complain that their current advisor does not return calls promptly or in some cases at all.

My clients have my mobile telephone number and I am available 365 days/year.


Accountability

The obligation to my clients to always be accountable is also one of my core values.

I take this responsibility very seriously and I am committed to providing the highest levels of service and advice, and if something is not right-I own it and I fix it.

I provide written analyses, comparisons and recommendations with my signature so that they can be retained and shared.

In essence, I put my accountability in writing with my signatures.
